Noma Copenhagen pop-up restaurant in Mexico

The best chef of the world lauched in Tulum a pop-up restaurant for 7 weeks and gained 4 million dollars

“We just wanted to go to Mexico” he said to Vogue.

So René Redzepi, number one chef of the world in the 50 Best Restaurant chart, while his restaurant Noma Copenhagen is closed to move in a new location, flyes with all his staff to Tulum.

 

 

Noma Mexico is the fourth Redzepi’s pop-up, a short-term restaurant combining Noma’s style with new country, culture and flavours.

The restaurant opened in a breathtaking location in the jungle for 7 weeks and served over 7000 meals, 600 $ each!

 

 

Redzepi is famous for his research of local ingredients, and mixing them with traditional cooking and his experience as world’s best chef, he has been able to serve his customers much more thana dish. Every course was a unique experience!

The pop- up restaurant closed on sunday 28 of may 2017.

 

 

 

Redzepi served thousands of dinners and lived in a tropical paradise, while his restaruant was renovating.
